Advantages:

Квартира просто огонь! Похожа на приятную московскую студию! Есть незначительные недочеты по поводу горячей воды, но я думаю собственник квартиры все исправит! Буду приезжать в Чебоксары, обязательно лучше останавливаться в этой квартире!
