Никакой гостиницы там нет. По пути из Казани забронировали номер на ночлег. Я отправила сообщение о времени прибытия. Статус сообщения был прочитано. Приехав к месту назначения увидели там мойку. Везде темно, света нет. Я позвонила по номеру телефона, но трубку никто не взял. Пришлось искать отель на месте. Дважды писала в тех. поддержку. Никто не отреагировал. Пыталась дозвониться, просидела в ожидании ответа 10 мин. тщетно. Хорошо, что часть предоплаты списали за баллы. Но хотелось бы вернуть свои деньги. Ну и к сервису теперь доверия нет, конечно. После такого отношения.
