Advantages:

Квартира в новом доме, не убитая, чистая. Для проживания все есть, рядом куча магазинов, кафе, до остановки не очень далёко.

Disadvantages:

Были кое-какие заминки с заселением, ну и далёковато от центра как оказалось.
